How to Hack GodFinger Allstars using MAC OSX

[DISCLAIMER: I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE FUCKED UP YOUR IDEVICE IN ANYWAYS THAT MAY CAUSE IT TO BURN, EXPLODE, MELT OR ANY OTHER POSSIBLE WAYS YOU CAN IMAGINE BECAUSE OF USING THIS HACK. take care! ☺]

hack used since October 2010

REQUIREMENTS:

• jailbroken iPod or iPhone with iFile installed (get it from Cydia, its a freeware)
• TextWrangler software on your mac.

INITIAL STEPS

1. install GodFinger from Appstore.
2. play the game for a few minutes then exit. 
3. go to iFile.
4. Navigate to "/User/Applications/(some random numbers)/Library/com.ngmoco.platform/" you should see this file godgame3-config.dat [Note: at the Applications folder, there will be a bunch of folders with random numbers on it and one of them is the GodFinger folder. Check the folders by trial and error. if you see godgame3.app, you're on the right track!]
5. Copy godgame3-config.dat to your mac and keep an original for backup (just in case!).
6. Open the file in TextWrangler and you'll see a bunch of codes.

THE HACK

• Fast Recovery while Fishing
• at TextWrangler, press Command+F to open the 'Find' window. Search for 'fishingenergy'. 
• You'll see this line of code:
  <key>FollowerFishingEnergyTimeForFullEnergy</key>
  <integer>3600</integer>
  
• change the number in the 'integer' tag (underlined), the lower it is the faster your follower will recover!
• Gain More Experience per Mana used
• at TextWrangler, press Command+F to open the 'Find' window. 
• Search for 'pointuse'. You'll see this line of code :
  <key>XPGainPerManaPointUse</key>
  <integer>1</integer>
• change the number in the 'integer' tag (underlined), the higher it is the faster you'll level up!

FINALLY

• Using iFile, delete the godgame3-config.dat from your iDevice (make sure you have the original backup).
• Transfer the edited godgame3-config.dat from your Mac to your iDevice on the same folder, then exit iFile.
• Start the game!
